does anyone even read bush's speech's before he gives them?

As pointed out by the Daily Show:

A recent speech by bush:
"Today's war on terror will not end with a surrender ceremony on the deck of a battleship."

Does no one in his administration see the irony of him saying this after his "mission accomplished" fiasco on board a battleship a couple of years ago?! Yep, we certainly cannot trust ceremonies on battleships!!
