Can only guess that this article is in response to the report from a couple of days ago stating that this administration has spent a record amount in propaganda.
But, apparently, since Americans are upset that our troops are torturing and killing prisoners, and not just thinking about the fact that Saddam was a bad man, we are losing the propaganda war!
Maybe if this administration concerned itself more with ensuring that it and its people acted appropriately, there wouldn't be a need for their immense propaganda machine.
