Bush Open to Hearings on Domestic Spying
LOUISVILLE, Ky. - President Bush said Wednesday that congressional hearings to investigate his domestic eavesdropping program will be good for democracy as long as they don't give secrets away to the enemy.
---
"There will be a lot of hearings to talk about that, but that's good for democracy," he said. "Just so long as the hearings, as they explore whether or not I had the prerogative to make the decision I make, doesn't tell the enemy what we're doing. See, that's the danger."
---
"Any public hearings on programs will say to the enemy, `Here's what they do — adjust.' This is a war," Bush said at a December news conference when asked about expected hearings on Capitol Hill.

As if the terrorists give a flying f*ck whether or not bush gets a warrant first!!! This isn't about the technology that we are using - this is about bush breaking the law and not giving a shit about doing so and telling the American people "fuck you if you don't like it - i'm the prez!"
I'm sure the terrorists are plenty happy to know that because of them, America has become a dictatorship.
