Since both McCain and Palin have been jabbering about this nonsense for most of the campaign, you would think someone would have thought to make up something - even if it was just jibberish - about what their "preconditions" would be.

This is just another case where their campaign knows that this is a non-issue and completely inane but were hoping that no one would call them out about it.
