Is this really bush's plan? Just in case a Democrat gets to be the next president, he will be so bogged down trying to fix bush's disasters that he won't be able to do anything progressive for the country?! And if its a repub, then he will simply continue with bush's downward trend. Kinda ingenious, in a way!
