Of course everyone, including the S&P, knows that the downgrade is due to the repugs' refusal to let the US raise any revenue via taxes, but it is all Obama's fault.

Though, in a way, it is because he let the repugs get everything they wanted in the debt "negotiations", so it is his fault that he didn't insist on tax increases, which everyone in the world knows would help the situation.
