People whose policies you disagree with are not "domestic enemies", though I might see her point better if she were talking about people, like herself, who want to trample our Constitution and change the very fabric of what this country stands for. This doesn't mean that someone is a domestic enemy if they want to provide our people with health care or change our tax system, but if they want to deny our citizens the right to religious freedom (as one example), then that is certainly extremely anti-American.
