Neither is very surprising - Obama is still charismatic and likable, even though he has failed to do most of what he promised in his campaign. Congress just sucks all around right now - the Dems are wimps who capitulate to every repug whim, while the repugs sole strategy is to block everything the Dems want to do, no matter how watered-down.

I've gotten pretty sick of the whole thing, myself...
