The entire article talks about how mean and divisive the Dems & Obama are and never once mentions the fact that the repugs have flat out stated that they will not vote for anything that the Dems come up with and their entire strategy is "just say no".

When that is one side's starting point, there is not much room for bi-partisanship, no matter how hard Obama and the Dems try.
