Well, since he said in the debate that he thinks that anyone who agrees with Roe v Wade is not qualified to serve on the Supreme Court, this isn't a surprise. He claims there is no litmus test, but not considering anyone who thinks that Roe v Wade was a proper ruling sure sounds like one to me!
