Rice: ‘It’s time for new blood’ in the White House.

Asked whether she is interested in being Vice President, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told Fox & Friends this morning, “It’s time for me to go back to Stanford. … It’s time for me to do something else.” She added, “You have to know when your time is up, and it’s time for new blood.”
