Bush administration lifts North Korea sanctions

WASHINGTON - President Bush on Thursday lifted trade sanctions against North Korea and moved to remove it from the U.S. terrorism blacklist, a remarkable turnaround in policy toward the communist regime he once branded as part of an "axis of evil."

Gee, I seem to remember bush saying that it was a bad thing to negotiate with a dictator with nuclear capabilities just a few weeks ago...Funny how things change when it's a repug doing the talking and not a Dem.
