Heavy rain floods parts of New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS - The deluge of rain that flooded streets eased dramatically Tuesday, a day after downpours disrupted businesses, closed schools and swamped areas still recovering from Hurricane Katrina.

If NO had received the help that in needed, then these rains wouldn't be affecting it so badly.
It is just sickening that this administration has ignored this great city.
