Chimpy is stuck at 30% job approval in the new CBS News/New York Times poll, but consider this stunning factoid:

Six in 10 Americans said in the poll that administration officials deliberately misled the public in making a case for the war; 33 percent of all Americans, including 40 percent of Republicans and 27 percent of Democrats, say Saddam Hussein was personally involved in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

Seriously, how is that possible 6 years after the fact, with innumerable reports explicitly denying this, could anyone even remotely human believe this unbelievable nonsense?

Are Americans truly the most ill-informed people on the planet? Or at least 33% of them?
