I call bullshit on this one! I think that safe sex can only help teens through a horrible time in their lives. Teenage years can truly be terrible and sex can help alleviate that stress. But they have to be educated enough to know what they are doing and do it willingly. Certainly, it can be a bad thing if it is done for the wrong reasons - just like any other time in your life - or if they do not have the knowledge to use the proper precautions.

I believe that the only harm this causes is if the teens do not know how to prevent pregnancies and STDs.
