House debates cutting student loan rates

WASHINGTON - Continuing its march through an agenda of popular legislative initiatives, the Democratic-led House is considering cutting interest rates on some college student loans in half.

Man, if we didn't have bush and his failures to deal with, this country would be making some real progress! But, as it is, the Dems are turning us in the right direction.
