If he were a man with a conscience, he wouldn't have been able to commit the atrocities that he has over the last 6 years, much less live with the idea of the needless pain, suffering and death that he has caused.
Gawd, can you even imagine having the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocents on your head, along with the untold suffering and destruction? He couldn't possibly have anything close to a soul.
And here he is basically spitting in the faces of the families of those whose death and suffering he has caused.
I honestly don't think that he is even human....
