revamp the message, not the plan

And actually, the message is still the same and its still not true.
Maybe someday, the repugs will actually create a plan for Iraq, instead of meaningless slogans. Maybe someday they will try to fights terrorists instead of create them. Maybe someday they will work in agreement with the will of the people, instead of against it.
But, i'm not holding my breath.....
