Lightning kills 5 praying kids
Mexico City - Five Mexican children were killed after a large metal cross they were praying at was struck by lightning, said reports.

It was reported that five children between nine and 16 years died and several others suffered burns after lightning struck a white-painted metal cross set on a hill in Santa Maria del Rio early on Sunday.

Red Cross chief Eduardo Suarez said: "The lightning went straight into them and they were killed instantly."
