McClellan lying about domestic spying

First Draft reports on the new, pathetic attempt at deflection from the truth about the administration spying on Americans without warrants. Apparently, if a call is made or received by an American from America to or from someone in another country, then the American gives up their citizenship by making or receiving that call! McClellan actually says that it is not spying on Americans if that American is communicating with someone in another country! And he is extremely condensending as he says this!
This really has to be one of the worst defenses I have ever heard!
