Wouldn't it have been nice if we had waged a war against Al-Qaida instead of Iraq?! Now we have created a terrorist haven in Iraq that has brought about attacks in bordering countries! I'm sure the Mid-East just loves us these days!
Is this still part of "fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them here"?! I guess as long as it's not on American soil, it's still considered "over there"!
